Expofil FW 2011-12

Autumn winter 2011-12 traces its source to Expofil, under the theme «CLOSE PROTECTION».

Yarn, the material lying at the heart of textile construction, makes it more than ever possible to create warm envelopes, reassuring, seductive and comfortable capsules. More or less close to the body, thermal or climatic, fibres will be allied

and yarns transformed to cover without restricting, to protect without enclosing, to preserve and safeguard man and the environment.

. easy living (mercerised wools, easy-care cottons, polyester or polypropylene blends)

carapace, armour

yarns to create shield-like clothing or isolating carapaces. Fabrics with firm and supple handles where the weight of the

material lends nobility. Persistent reflections, sustained lustre, protective bodyworking. Intense plains or graphic, contrasted

and precise effects, for a cleaner season.
